It has a cylindrical cistern dug in the ground 9 metres high by 7 metres in diameter (200 m3 capacity) made of masonry and lime mortar finished with an authentic lime stucco which provides extraordinary qualities: antifungal and antibacterial, purifies the water that is in contact with the walls of the cistern.
It is supplied with water from the irrigation channel whose ditch borders one of the sides of the plot and is channelled to the water cistern. The irrigation water is very economical and can be used for all purposes.
