The president of the organization, Gerard Duelo, proposes encouraging supply increasing the number of social housing or giving tax incentives to owners so that they put more homes on the market.

In addition, Duelo is committed to effectively regulating homes for tourist use as a way of increasing the supply available for long-term rentals.

“The APIs agree on the need and urgency of regulating the rental market in large cities such as Barcelona and Madrid. However, how, when and where these measures should be applied must be adjusted precisely and in accordance with the needs and characteristics of each market”, indicates Duelo.
